business. As a prospective member of what will be an elite group, you will be part of a

be known as the "Miami Dream Team". (You

company’s success. MiamiBusiness.com members will be
successful business executives and integral members of
the community whose companies provide outstanding
products and services.
Let me indulge you on the background and history of our concept and
idea.
Back in 1995 the high profile domain name, Business.com sold for
$150,000.00. In 1999 it was sold for 7.5 million dollars, in
2007, it was sold for a cool 345 million! Now then
I ask, Miami, being one of the top 10 business cities
in the world, wouldn’t this domain name and the exposure derived by
being part of this team, worth its weight in gold? Our intention
is for visitors from around the globe to easily find us here, at MiamiBusiness.com and use this site as a stepping stone to the
incredible business opportunities that Miami has to offer.
Just the name alone: MiamiBusiness.com, being a direct navigation
domain name will attract an abundant amount of visitors from their
browsers. To further research this concept, we went live with this
name on an undeveloped site in the last week of May 2007.
After
only one week, we recorded over 4,000 hits to this site with "0"
marketing efforts. It is without doubt that with a fully developed
site and continued membership growth these figures will grow to a
much larger amount within a short time.
 We will always encourage our members to do business with each
other even though
THIS IS NOT A LEADS GROUP.
This will allow us to learn each business's area of
expertise and be able to refer work to one another.
This will also enable us to work together and, at times,
even toss around an idea or two to enhance the quality
and exposure of our own businesses to further our goal
of being the "Miami
Dream Team". Not only our community but to the
entire business industry in the world!
We are beginning this membership at an introductory fee of $600.00
per year in 2008. Not only will you be part of an exclusive team, but as I
mentioned before, an opportunity to expand and expose your business
to a much wider and larger audience. You will also have access to an
inventory of domain names that MiamiBusiness.com owns targeting your
industry. An example would be, RebuildMiami.com,
MiamiAccountats.com, MiamiFinancialAdvisor.com, MiamiLenders.com, etc. These names will
be utilized where it will list all the members within that category
and groups will flourish.
On a personal note, my dad Wilson Alvarez Pardo was an
Architect and graduated from Oklahoma University. One of
his professors was Frank Lloyd Wright, the 2nd greatest
architect to ever live (next to God). While I was young
my dad told me a phrase that I didn’t quite comprehend
at the time, but now as an adult it does. It was
something like; "When you design something, always take
in consideration the past experiences, for a future
which is to be determined."
Needless to say, my dad was a visionary, and perhaps
some of that rubbed off on me. Having been heavily
involved in business networking groups in the last
couple of years, and being a director to several
business organizations, I definitely acquired much
experience in the day to day operations of a business
social networking group. I can definitely say that with
MiamiBusiness.com, I have designed something for the
present, while taking my experiences from the past, and
through my visionary skills attempt to make it last a
lifetime.
