B2B Miami.COM River Banks

1. Membership. Only one category per industry, per city will be permitted.  Certain categories, such as Law, would be allowed to accept more than one member per their specific area in this field, such as real estate law, criminal law, family law, etc.  The chairman of b2bMiami.COM, the acting President of the city, and the initial attorney will then "vote“, in the event that an attorney applicant is practicing in more than one specific area within their field. The Insurance field also applies to this scenario, where we may have a Securies, General Insurance, and Auto, etc.

2. Topics and Introductions.  The introductions are limited to 2-4 minutes per member depending on the size of the group on any given day. Here is the opportunity to showcase your business. Share with the group any new and innovative ideas that you may be working on or brainstorming with regards to your business industry.  We encourage you to have a "Tip of the week" ready so that the group can benefit from your ideas or suggestions. Remember, that the more we know about each other, the more potential business you can have from this membership. We will strive to be your business knowledge base within your city, and we can only claim this if our members actively participate in the sharing  of tips and tricks from their vocational area of expertise  We are a team, and each member has much to bring  to the group, and we know that together and can make an impact on our cities and our business’s alike.

3. Dues. The annual dues are $140.00 for the year 2008. The breakfast dues vary from city to city depending on venue, parking, etc. Charges will run approximately between $8- $15 per city. You will be billed 7 days prior to the upcoming quarter. We ask all of our members to please expedite payment as soon as possible. If payment has not been received within 30 days, your membership could suffer termination.

4. Ethics. Our business organizations are comprised of a vast variety of community leaders and business owners alike.  We would appreciate at all levels that we have the utmost respect for each member in and out of the organizations circle.  We specifically request that although we have an open forum, that all members refrain from any negative and or destructive conversations regarding any other member within our groups. If necessary, we would be happy to conform to having set times in the event of a problem or issue involving any of our members, to sit down privately or corporately if required to settle any issues that may be of concern.

5. Domain Name Leasing. The domain name that will be used for this club belongs to Wilson Alvarez Consulting Group (WACG). WACG will allow the usage of the cities and professions domain name as long as the member is in a good standing with the group . As an example, Wilson Alvarez is a Computer Consultant in the West Kendall area. Since he belongs to the West Kendall B2B concept, he is entitled to use WestKendallComputers.com, as long as he is an active participant in the group. Once the member terminates their membership, this privilege will no longer be available. The domain name concept is used as a marketing tool, so that the member can potentially receive more business do to the Direct Navigation technology that is involved.  Neither, WACG or B2BMiami.COM can guarantee any increase in revenues from using this model. We also will not be held responsible for "any" inappropriate business ethics or behavior that would possibly tarnish WACG, B2BMiami.COM, or other members using the domain name.
